Pascal (Tanzanian), holds double Masters in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute- ESAMI. He too holds a Bachelors Degree in Community Development-Community Development-Institute of Community Development Arusha.
He is experienced in Market Analysis, Business Development, Public Private Partnership and Access facilitation; Financial Management, Budgeting and Staff performance Management skills and program management.
He holds training in Public Private Partnership Engagements, Entrepreneurship and Market Management, Value Chain Analysis and Development, Credit Management, TOT for Adult Learners, as well as ILO Training modules – IYB and SYB.
He is at own time a director at Enterprise Coaching and Development (ECD Tanzania- where is responsible for project design, planning, coordination and monitoring of implementation of Opportunity for Youth Employment (OYE) Project supported by SNV from Master Card Foundation
Previously he worked as an Enterprise Development Officer at African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), an international conservation organization in Africa, responsible for all environmental enterprise initiatives Northern Tanzania and Southern Kenya Landscape based in Arusha Tanzania. While here he developed and supported enterprises development and management activities in Key conservation area (Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) and Key dispersal areas in the Tarangire-Manyara-Natron –Amboseri-Kilimanjaro Eco system Programs in Northern Tanzania and Amboseli Ecosystem in Southern Kenya under 5 years (2010-2014) project USAID funded program known as Scaling Conservation and livelihoods (SCALE).5 year project Reduction of Deforestation and Degradation(REDD) in Kolo Hills Forests Kondoa District and 3 years Enhancing Livelihoods through Participatory Forestry Management (PFM) project funded by European Union in the same landscapes. He too supported the establishment and improved the effectiveness of Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOS) and Village Community Banks (VICOBA) to ensure community have access to credit and financing for establishment of microenterprises for women and youth living within in Wildlife Management Areas (WMA).
