Program Assistant

Trevor plays a pivotal role in strengthening the backbone of Agile’s program delivery. Trained in chemical and process engineering, he applies analytical thinking and systems orientation to planning, coordination, and implementation.

From maintaining seamless communication to supporting proposal development and events, Trevor ensures that every initiative runs efficiently and effectively.

His energy and rigor add momentum to Agile’s commitment to delivering well-managed and impactful programs.

Program Officer – Youth and Social Inclusion

Doris brings vibrancy and energy to Agile, with a strong focus on empowering young people and ensuring inclusive participation.

With more than a decade of experience in coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, she creates spaces where youth and women can actively shape and benefit from agribusiness opportunities.

Her background in gender and development sharpens her ability to design and manage programs that are equitable, dynamic, and responsive to the aspirations of the next generation.

Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in agribusiness, food systems, and inclusive development. He is known for his strength in program delivery, ensuring that complex initiatives translate into tangible outcomes for communities and enterprises.

His grounding in agricultural economics, complemented by doctoral research in entrepreneurship, enriches his ability to design and implement evidence-based solutions.

Thomas is driven by a results-oriented approach that strengthens resilience and accelerates growth in food systems

Benjamin brings over two decades of experience in shaping strategy, policy, and enterprise development across sub-Saharan Africa. His work has strengthened food systems transformation, expanded agricultural trade, and deepened institutional capacity across regional blocs such as EAC, COMESA, and IGAD.

With a professional background in strategic entrepreneurship, management and strategy, and currently advancing his research at the PhD level, he is a systems thinker who builds strategic partnerships and forges collaborations that position Agile as a trusted partner in sustainable development.
