Kelvin is a Bachelor of Arts Degree holder in Economics (major) and business, from Kenyatta University. He is also a certified professional in project learning, monitoring and evaluation from the Kenya Institute of Management. He has worked in banking industry, business consulting and the Non-governmental sector in youth affairs and educational development. A pleasant personality, honest and team player with a keen eye on detail, Kelvin is also skilled in project planning, product development, monitoring and evaluation and leadership.
His consulting strengths include research administration, participatory research and analysis, data processing and financial analysis. Through his work, has fine-tuned his program organizational skills through maintaining a high level of responsibility and working under pressure with minimal supervision.
Before joining Agile Consulting full time, he had worked as a private M&E consultant; as well as a Learning and Evaluation Officer with Dignitas Project (Non-Profit in Educational Development) where his major tasks were tracking program activities and explaining relationship between the variances in intervention and outcomes; evaluating program efficacy and therefore inform project strategy; capturing organizational learning helping the project identify accurately best practices, implementation challenges and innovative solutions and supporting reporting and communication leading the project to gain high credibility and a positive reputation using evidence of efficacy and full accountability to external supporters.
