Agile prides itself in its extensive experience in facilitating primary data collection and other data mining approaches that perfectly replicates the real world. To achieve this Agile employs three pronged approach of prevent, control and correct at three levels: people, systems and processes. At the first level emphasis is given to the quality of people involved in data collection. This is because most violations are caused by human error of commission or omission. To take care of this Agile uses research assistants who overtime have a proven record of strong affinity to quality. The second approach, control, is implemented in the systems used to capture data. Agile leverages ICT infrastructure to facilitate data capturing. This includes tablets and smart phones that are installed with data collection applications. With these applications we are able to get field data in real-time and safeguard against human errors while facilitating real time audit trails.
We are well versed with both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods. Some of the data analysis packages that we use include and not limited to – for quantitative data: STATA, R-Programming, SPSS, MS Excel and SAS – for the qualitative data sets: MaxQDA, NUDIST, NVIVO9 or 10.
